Portable videoscope with modern user interface
Being a modern camera inspection system, the VUCAM® offers a touchscreen according to the latest standards. The 5.7″ display consists of a LED backlight touchscreen with a 640 x 400 px resolution. The user interface of our portable videoscope can be operated intuitively due to the clear structure and has a smart file management. Furthermore, the trans-reflective, tiltable touchscreen is even suitable for use with work gloves.
Pre-trigger recording – Never miss a thing!
Digital documentation with the VUCAM® is easily done via touch screen or hot keys on the handle. With the mobile video endoscope VUCAM® you will never miss an important spot in your inspection area. The individually adjustable pre-trigger recording feature saves video sequences up to 30 seconds before the recording button is pressed. This way, you will not miss anything even if you start recording a little late.
Images and videos are saved in standard format on an external SD card and can be quickly used for further processing. There is no software required for evaluating your data. The smart file management of the VUCAM® offers a quick access function to show your latest recordings.

Robust, yet handy – our portable videoscope

The housing of the VUCAM portable videoscope is made of carbon. Not only does this give the device an elegant look, but it also allows us to guarantee maximum safety with minimum weight. For optimal handling, the VUCAM® has been designed as ergonomically as possible. It has both integrated fastening hooks and an integrated threaded connection for standard tripods, e.g. for using a Magic Arm or a camera tripod. In addition, the screen can be tilted and the monitor display can be rotated by 180°. The possibility of reflecting the inspection image horizontally or vertically complements this function. Thanks to the direct access keys with hotkey function, which allow you to quickly call up the most important functions during the inspection, you can complete your inspection in no time and in top quality.
The result: a portable videoscope system that combines all the necessary functions, helping you to carry out your inspections quickly and smoothly. The inspection becomes more efficient, possible downtimes are reduced.
VUCAM® – a series of portable videoscopes

VUCAM AM
The VUCAM AM can be seen as the basic version of our VUCAM® portable videoscope series. The probe has a diameter of 4mm and no optical adapters. It is mainly used in the following areas: Automobile industry and automotive sector, foundry industry, CNC production, cleanliness control.
VUCAM XF
The VUCAM XF also comes with a diameter of 4 mm. But compared to the VUCAM AM, is offers the option to use additional optical adapters for side view. This portable videoscope is used for gear and bearing inspections, weld seam inspections, in defense and safety engineering, in the wind and water power sector as well as in the automotive industry and automotive department.
